A 6 month offering where you’ll receive a channeled flower essence each month on the New Moon over a period of 6 months. Working with a new essence each month for 6 months gives you a chance to work with a variety of essences and the ability to track noticeable internal change and transformation during that time.

Flower essences are energetic medicine and work on our subtle energy bodies. They are energetic medicine, creating internal shifts that help us heal and come into greater alignment with ourselves and the universe. They work gently in the background while we go about living our lives. All we need to do is take a few drops everyday for a month and keep our awareness open to whatever may shift for us during that time. Once we experience those internal shifts, they stay with us forever… meaning we don’t need to keep working with the essence beyond those shifts.

What does it mean for me to channel a flower essence for you?

When I channel a flower essence, I do so by sitting in meditation and asking Spirit what plant would best support you at this time. That plant, or sometimes multiple plants, make their presence known in the meditation. If multiple plants show up, I make you an essence of those combined plants.

The plant (or plants) that show up are here to support you with whatever is currently playing out and ready to be shifted in your life. There’s no way to tell what the essence is going to shift for you, rather it’s important to be open to whatever does shift.
